This Intro Series is an 8 week program to teach you the basics of Yoga, Cycling, and Weight Training. You can choose which program you are most interested in or attend classes for all three! At the end of the program you will be ready to tackle a wide variety of new classes and workouts.
Once you register, attend at least one of each format; Yoga, Cycling, or Weight Training. Decide what you would like to work on most, or choose all three. Return to these classes each week to learn more about what the workout takes and grow you confidence in the formats.
