Join us in this sacred space to practice calming restorative yoga. Slowly stretch your body and relax your mind with this immersive yoga experience that will keep you present and leave you feeling renewed. This class is for you, no matter where you are in your yoga practice. It is also a great opportunity to grow closer to a loved one through this shared experience. The meditative portion of the class provides you with an eye pillow to deepen stillness and relax your nervous system. We recommend you bring your own bolster for added support if you wish. Namaste.
